PREMARKET ROUTINE & THOUGHTS
- Sort of a busy morning
- Got plenty of sleep.. woke up earlier than usual
- Meditation and brief yoga session
- Feeling energetic and relaxed
- I know the exact setup I am looking for. Need to take them all so I have some real numbers to go off before determining if adjustments need to be made

TRADING NOTES
10:08 – Looking at pivot at 252.00 – Placed limit order for the bounce. 1 contract
10:14 – Beautiful entry.. Just not enough momentum to keep pushing higher. Stopped out for break even
10:16 – Another bounce off 468.1 line. Wife is disturbing me 🤦🏾♂️
10:26 – Looked left to find motivation for that bounce. Basically price bounced off the pivot created by Friday’s high
